In order to strengthen the commercial area, a dedicated personality is sought as a controller (m/w/d), which designs, builds up and establishes the cost center accounting as a central control instrument.

Conception and implementation of a company-wide cost center calculation Support in building and maintaining a transparent cost center plan in close coordination with the specialist areas Analysis of existing processes and development of a suitable cost accounting system Support for budgeting and cost planning based on the new cost center structure Creation of target-actual comparisons, deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations Close cooperation with IT to integrate cost center accounting into existing ERP systems Training of departments in handling the new cost center structure and evaluation

Your personality: analytical and structured working, entrepreneurial thinking with high solution orientation, self-initiative and team spirit Completed study or comparable qualification Three to five years of professional experience in a manufacturing plant Experience in the introduction or optimization of controlling processes Very good knowledge of MS-Excel as well as experience with common ERP systems Safe handling of BI tools of advantage Ability to prepare and present complex data in a comprehensible manner Understanding business relationships
