♪ Your task area

• They actively support the sales team in operational daily business
• independent acquisition of communication and coordination with customers in digital distribution
• You collect orders and track time deliveries reliably
• The care of the customer portal belongs to your tasks
• You are responsible for the maintenance and continuous updating of customer master files in the system
• The creation of loads, reloads (chargingbacks) and similar processes is part of your task

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or completed studies or a comparable qualification bring you with
• Experiences with Amazon Vendor, other online marketplaces or in the e-commerce environment are beneficial
• Very good German knowledge (min. C1) as well as good English knowledge (min. B1) in word and writing are indispensable, further foreign languages desirable
• They bring excellent knowledge to MS Office, especially in Excel
• CRM systems are part of everyday work for you
• They work independently and organized
• Their work is characterised by data orientation and structure, and you are interested in digital processes.
