We are looking for you as a home technician (m/w/d) at the location Lederhose  

Submissions 

• Maintenance of all technical building facilities
• Accompanying and documenting the maintenance and maintenance work carried out as well as the necessary testing of the building equipment, such as Cold, heating, ventilation and fire alarm systems
• Analyze and repair technical errors and carry out repairs
• Acquisition and testing of offers for services and for all types of rebuilding measures
• commissioning and monitoring of foreign companies in carrying out maintenance, repair and inspection
• Performance of optimizations to reduce operating costs

Requirements

• Complete technical training in the field of electrical, heating, sanitary, or refrigeration or comparable skills
• Interest in handling network-controlled systems
• Careful and independent operation with rapid understanding and a high degree of communication
• Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word and Outlook)
