Acquisition of the function as responsible electrical power (VEFK) in technical building operation Ensuring and testing of electrical operational reliability according to DIN VDE and DGUV Coordination, control and documentation of maintenance and maintenance measures at building facilities Technical optimization of existing electrotechnical systems using current technologies such as KNX or PLC controls Creation, maintenance and further development of technical standards, work instructions and processes with MS Office and CAFM systems Participation in modernisation, investment and conversion projects in the field of facility management Control of external service providers, specialist companies and monitoring of acceptances according to legal requirements Support for audits, certifications and internal training on electrical safety

Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering e.g. Continuing training on:in electrical engineering or comparable qualification Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN VDE, DGUV Note 3 Experience in maintenance or operation of technical equipment preferred in industrial environment or facility management
