Team Leader Scientific Consulting - Food / Laboratory Analysis (m/f/d)

The BAV INSTITUT is an accredited research laboratory for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies. In addition to laboratory tests, we support our customers through practical advice and training on hygiene and quality control.

Our modern BAV laboratory stands for speed, reliable results and flexibility. We achieve this through high specialization, competent staff and many years of experience. As a member of the Tentamus laboratories, we offer a wide range of microbiological and chemical investigations from a single source. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team (7-10 employees) in the field of Scientific Consulting and actively promote their further development. Together with your team, you are responsible for the scientific customer consultation, from the evaluation of complex laboratory analyses to the creation of sound opinions. You act as a central contact for your team in specialist questions, ensure the quality of the consulting results and take the final examination of markings. Using key figures, you control your team's utilisation and efficiency, optimize existing work processes and drive the further development of your services.

You have a degree in science, for example in biology, food technology or ecotrophology. You've brought several years of experience in the leadership and development of teams. With your structured and communicative way, you can easily control processes and ensure customer satisfaction. You have the pleasure of leading your team professionally and keeping the economy of your area in mind. You communicate in German and English (C1 level).
