Rheinfelden (DE) / Full time / Working from home to 40% / unlimited

You treat our customers around electricity, heat and energy-related services and take care of the correct billing You keep an eye on open demands and support a structured receivable management You control and accompany changeover processes within our tenant power plants You coordinate incoming messages from the telephone malfunction service and ensure that the correct measures are initiated You check incoming energy-related bills for plausibility and completeness You work closely with our project managers and support the coordination and implementation of ongoing projects

You have a completed commercial training You have a good economic understanding Ideally you have already gained first experience with SAP You have experience in dealing with customers and perform safely and service-oriented You like to work in the team and convince by an open and communicative way You draw your attention through a quick understanding and an independent and structured way of working
