Strengthen brand presence: promoting regional perception through qualified customer communication and attracting new customers. Introduction of market expertise: observation and analysis of regional developments in real estate mediation and assessment. General advice: Control of customer support for long-term binding and acquisition of new customers - in close cooperation with other departments and subsidiaries (building finance, house management, etc.) Leadership & Development: Organisation and further development of the department and implementation of strategic content. Compliance & Quality: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and defined quality standards.
