Specialist Forecasting & Insights in Operations Control (m/f/d)

In this role, you are both technically versed in data analysis and experienced in life insurance. You analyze independently relevant KPIs, evaluate the results and guide action recommendations for top management.

You continuously develop models for predicting relevant operational KPIs, such as working volumes and capacities for voice and non-voice channels.

You develop and implement data-driven projects to optimize customer, process, financial and operational key figures.

You will ensure a continuous balance of residues, throughput times, productivity and RTD requirements. From this, you take measures and continuously monitor their implementation.

You improve the technical and structural processes for data acquisition and presentation. Your goal is automated and accelerated processing and display of large amounts of data

You have a successfully completed degree (Master/Diplom) in natural sciences and/or economics Ideally, you have experience in the insurance industry You bring first professional experience in controlling operational units, ideally in the data, reporting and analytics environment You know well with databases and database tools, preferably with SAS, SQL, Power BI and PowerQuery You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and are self-contained in promoting topics and representing them.
