Acquisition and acquisition of WEG management and institutional customers Coordination and new development of strategic growth initiatives Close cooperation and association with the operating companies to implement growth measures Coordination, control and further development of strategic growth initiatives in property management

Completed studies or training in a relevant field (e.g. real estate, economics, etc.) Finded practical experience in property management First or deepened experiences in sales / business development, preferably in a residential environment Someone with a broad network in real estate and the ability to actively use it for business development Open personality with communication strength and joy in direct exchange with customers and partners Sovereign handling on the phone Detailed and Structured Operation Analytical and predictive thinking Class B driving licence Very good MS Office knowledge
