Senior Software Engineer – AI-Augmented Development (m/f/d)

You develop high-quality software products in the field of hyperautomation and workflow management with state-of-the-art AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor You work independently on complex fullstack projects You analyze SRS documents (Software Requirements Specifications), clear open points with stakeholders and translate technical requirements into robust software architectures You develop data models (ER charts), define API interfaces (RESTful and OpenAPI) and develop security concepts (RBAC, OAuth and JWT) according to OWASP standards You implement with backend technologies (Node.js, Python and PostgreSQL) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js and TypeScript) performant, scalable applications You develop test strategies (Unit, Integration and E2E), secure code quality through reviews and identify security gaps proactively (XSS, SQL Injection and CSRF) You deploy applications on self-hosted servers, set CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI) and optimierst monitoring dashboards Important: You critically review AI-generated code, detect architecture errors and optimierst performance – no blind copy paste mentality You communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders in a comprehensible manner and present solutions with advantages and disadvantages

You have a completed degree (informatics and business informatics) or a comparable training (manufacturer (all genders) You bring multi-year practical experience in software development (detectable by portfolio and project references) You work productively daily with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Cursor) and have solid knowledge in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, Database Design (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) You can master at least one backend language at senior level: Node.js, Python, Go, C#, Java You have experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, Vue.js, Angular (at least one on senior level) You master HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript and modern UI/UX-Patterns You have profound understanding of the OWASP Top 10 (Injection, XSS, CSRF, Broken Authentication) You have practical experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC, SSO) and experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) You can deploy applications on Self-Hosted Servers – not only Cloud (AWS/Vercel) You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (for stakeholder communication)
