This is what awaits you: You support our full lawyers in all legal matters, in particular banking and capital market law, general civil law, inheritance and care law, commercial and corporate law, and commercial rental law Support in the legal advice of the various specialist departments and the assessment of legal fundamental issues. In this context, you will check inquiries from the various departments and develop solutions. This also includes the production of documents to courts, authorities, customers and lawyers Participation in contract design or audit Support in the legal support of projects

That's what you bring: An at least satisfactory first state exam – ideally with a focus on banking and capital market law or an economic focus In the best case, you already have practical experience in the banking or financial services sector, e.g. Safe handling of current MS Office applications Interest in legal issues in a credit institution Structured and independent approach to legal issues The complete fulfilment of the requirements also includes a current Schufa-Auskunft as well as a management certificate.
