In the daily customer support, you process enquiries in the 1st level by phone, email and remote maintenance around our software regisafe and ensure fast, understandable solutions. Step by step, you work out existing problems in the ticket system and document your results comprehensible and structured. After a well-founded work-in, you take on perspective tasks in 2nd level support and continuously deepen your technical know-how. When analyzing faults, you systematically limit errors and forward more complex cases to downstream support units. Our software solutions regisafe are supported and accompanied by smaller installations, updates or extensions. Testing products and modules carefully and provide structured feedback on development and product management. In exchange with colleagues, you are introducing suggestions for improvement and helping to make support processes more efficient. Participation in internal and external training, including in our local company headquarters in Waiblingen, will be actively using your knowledge to continuously expand.

A completed training in the IT/ informatics sector or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis; Alternatively, relevant professional experience in 1st level support is also sufficient. Ideally, you bring first experience in IT-Helpdesk, 1st-level support or technical customer support around software solutions. Technical contexts explain you understandably and understandably. Your work is characterised by structure, patience and service orientation. With ticket systems, remote tools and common Windows environments you feel safe.
