(Nahverkehr/Fernverkehr intra-German) Our new clothing center (BZ) in Magdeburg is a warehouse with a size of approx. 50,000 m2, with over 45,000 pallet pitches and functional areas. There the business processes are perceived incoming goods, depositing and outsourcing, commissioning and distribution. It thus forms the interface between the purchase and the supply of goods to the soldiers at one of our more than 100 service stations. As a fixed employee (w/m/d) at the Magdeburg site, you take over the disposition of truck drivers in local and remote traffic.

Planning and coordination of transport orders taking into account customer requirements, capacities and dates Implementation of the operational dispatch process including the creation of freight documents, delivery documents and customs documents Communication and coordination with freight forwarders, freight carriers and other logistics service providers for the organisation and handling of transports Monitoring the tracking of shipments and ensuring the timely delivery Processing of transport complaints and damage cases in close cooperation with customer support and quality management Maintenance and updating of transport data and master data in the transport management system and in the BwBM system Support in optimising transport routes and processes to increase efficiency and cost savings Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines in the field of transport and shipping Administrative support and operational response partner for truck drivers/exemption drivers package at the location

Complete vocational training in the field of forwarding, transport logistics or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in transport control, dispatch processing or logistics Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and ideally experience with transport management systems Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations Communication strength and team capacity as well as customer-oriented and service-oriented thinking and acting Self-employed, structured and reliable operation Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
