You coordinate and run Tax Due Diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side). You carry out tax advice on labour and sales structuring, tax advice in connection with business purchase contracts (e.g. commenting on tax clauses) and post-closing advice. You will also advise on company-internal restructuring and joint ventures. You work interdisciplinary with specialists from other fields as well as BDO colleagues from other jurisdictions within the framework of national and international tax projects. The leadership and further development of colleagues is also one of your tasks.

You have collected at least 3 years (as senior manager 5 years) relevant professional experience as a tax advisor in the national and international environment and successfully completed your tax consultant exam. You have experiences in the tax consulting of M&A projects. You are confident with the current MS Office programs and are open to new tools. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You think analytic and networked, work structured and independent and draw yourself as a team player. Your open and convincing personality, as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, creates acceptance among customers.
