For our established nursing service Steinburg Care with a great team and dedicated leadership, we are looking for a motivated nursing specialist (m/w/d) for the extraclinical 1:1 intensive care in the home environment of our clients in the municipality of Pinneberg and Hamburg-Nord.

• Professional intensive care 1:1 care in the home environment • Safe handling of ventilation and monitoring technology • Individual care planning and documentation • Close cooperation with relatives, doctors and therapists • Support in the everyday design of clients • implementation of medically prescribed measures

• Completed 3-year training as a nursing professional (health and nursing, old nursing or comparable) • Feel free to continue in extraclinical intensive care • Responsibility, empathy and team spirit • Pleasure of independent, patient-oriented work
