What counts

Completed craft or technical training (e.g. as an electrician, plant mechanic, building technician) of advantage Multiannual professional experience in technical building management or as a housekeeper desirable Technical understanding and craftsmanship Reliability, ownership and customer orientation Good knowledge of German in word and writing Driving licence class B required

Your contribution to us

carry out small repair and maintenance work on the building, on technical installations and outdoor installationsControl and monitoring of domestic engineering (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities) On-site contact for the customer with technical and infrastructural concerns Coordination and supervision of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, maintenance firms) Maintenance of outdoor facilities (e.g. green areas, winter service, cleaning) Implementation of control procedures and documentation of defects Compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
