Technical and organizational management of the team of CAD designers and design designers in the field of structural planning Coordination of the creation of shell, reinforcement, position, detail and other execution plans in high and/or engineering construction Ensuring timely and high-quality plan processing in all performance phases Coordination with structural planners, project managers, architects, specialist planners and exporting companies Testing, approval and quality assurance of CAD plans and construction documents Development and maintenance of CAD standards, layer structures, templates and BIM guidelines Optimization of internal work processes and digital planning processes Introduction, support and development of CAD/BIM software solutions Technical guidance, incorporation and further development of colleagues

Completed training as a designer, construction technician with a focus on construction / construction or completed studies in the field of civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in an engineering office for structural planning or construction engineering Knowledge of the creation of shell and reinforcement plans Excellent knowledge in the application of the CAD program Nemetschek ALLPLAN absolutely required Advantageous knowledge of BIM processes and digital planning methods Understanding static and constructive relationships in solid, steel or wood construction Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and planning standards Leadership and team orientation Structured and economic operation High quality and detail orientation Communication strength and coordination capability Responsibility and decision-making very good German knowledge in word and writing, at least language level C1
