You are responsible for recruiting commercial and commercial employees. After successful recruiting, You conduct onboarding and exit talks and evaluate them. You create a marketing plan and implement the measures. You drive forward internal and external communication and employer branding. You maintain contact with our cooperation partners and employees. You support our company health management. You are responsible for HR projects and the organization of our onboarding day. You perform administrative tasks in the daily business.

You have successfully completed commercial training, preferably with further training to the personal businessman (m/w/d). You have already been able to gain first experience in HR and bring knowledge in labour law. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing. You are characterized by their independent working methods and their MS-Office knowledge. You are interested in participating in outrages with cooperation partners and trade fair visits. You count team capacity, initiative and communication strength among their strengths.
