We develop, print and deliver gift paper, silk paper and complementary packaging products for brands, trade and industry. Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Part-time or full-time possible | Location: stone walls We are a medium-sized manufacturer of high-quality gift papers, silk papers and gift packaging. We deliver our products to demanding customers, including many well-known brands from the luxury and premium segments. Our customers increasingly place extensive requirements on documentation, sustainability, certifications, legal requirements and individual supplier portals. Topics such as PPWR, EUDR, ISO, FSC/PEFC, sustainability queries, supplier self-equities and customer-specific certification systems are increasingly part of our daily business. This is why we are looking for a reliable, structured and pay-affine personality that supports us in this area and coordinates these tasks together with the management.

Processing customer requests for sustainability, certifications, compliance and supplier documentation Care and processing of customer portals, questionnaires and self-evidents Support for topics such as PPWR, EUDR, ISO, FSC and other customer-specific requirements Compilation, testing and maintenance of evidence, certificates, master files and documentation Communication with customers, suppliers, certification bodies and internal departments Support for internal processes relating to quality, sustainability and documentation requirements Creation and maintenance of overviews, evaluations and Excel tables General commercial tasks according to qualifications and needs

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Very careful, structured and reliable operation Joy of documentation, organization and administrative tasks Good numerical understanding and safe handling with Excel Good English knowledge of word and writing, as many customer requests are made in English Secure handling of MS Office and digital customer portals Interest in sustainability, packaging, paper, certifications or regulatory issues Own initiative, sense of responsibility and the ability to work on new topics Prior knowledge in areas such as sustainability, ISO, FSC, compliance, EUDR or PPWR are of advantage, but no compelling requirement. More important are accuracy, reliability, readiness to learn and the willingness to systematically process complex requirements.
