Student Assistant Outsourcing Governance, DORA & Service Provider Management (m/f/d)

You support the maintenance and updating of outsourcing documentation as well as the information register for ICT service providers. As part of your activity, you will participate in the preparation, plausibility and quality assurance of risk analysis as well as DORA-relevant evaluations of ICT services. In addition, you research regulatory requirements and support structured documentation and follow-up of implementation measures. You provide information about service providers and sub-service provider chains and provide overviews of contracts, risks, controls, evidence and deadlines. In addition, you support due diligence checks, service provider reviews, and follow regulatory requirements. You will analyze information for risk analysis and participate in the documentation of data protection, information security and compliance requirements. In addition, you support the preparation of verifications, revision-relevant documents and measures to strengthen the digital operational resilience. Start presentations, reports and decision templates and prepare key figures, status reports as well as action needs to be addressed. When preparing control and management bodies, you support organisational and content as well as documentation and follow-up of decisions and measures.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Law, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you already have first contact points with DORA, outsourcing, information security, data protection, compliance or risk management. Experiences in project management as well as knowledge in Power BI, Microsoft Copilot or other AI applications are advantageous. You are also interested in IT, digitalization, governance, risk management and regulatory issues. When dealing with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you are safe. An analytical way of thinking as well as a careful and structured way of working distinguish you. You work autonomously, reliably and responsibly and work on tasks with a high service and solution orientation. In addition, you are convinced by a very good written expressiveness and are delighted to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and management-oriented manner.
