In the exclusive order of our client, the municipality of Sylt, we are looking for a departmental management of order and social affairs in Westerland on Sylt. The municipality consists of seven districts and is the main residence for around 14,000 people. As a tourism destination, about 4.6 million are annually Overnight stays.

Management and control: You take over the overall responsibility of the department with about 50 employees in the areas: Citizens' Service, Business, Elections

Strategic development: They identify key challenges, set courageous impulses and develop the discipline forward-looking.

The position is according to LBG/TVöD is designed for 2 years on trial - the goal is an unlimited cooperation.

You have the skills for the category 2, second entry office and a relevant degree (e.g. Master of Public Administration, Full Lawrist, BWL with Public Management).

They bring comprehensive leadership experience in local government.

They have several years of experience in dealing with citizens: women, companies and applicants.

They are strong in communication, have fun in active exchange with different people and can organize well.

The readiness for flexible working hours, e.g. for meeting services in the evening, if necessary weekend for you

You will take an important key role in the municipality of Sylt, and it is advantageous if you transfer your residence to Sylt (they are intensively supported in the housing search, transition apartments are available).
