Key Account Manager / Insurance Specialist in the Healthcare Industry (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement for our team and looking forward to meeting you. Together with the field service, you will primarily enter a key account in all types of composites and develop for this tailor-made insurance solution. This position combines on-site interior services and customer support – participation in the strategic annual discussions at decision-making level as well as the ongoing support of the customer's operating locations. You work closely on the key account, bring you responsible in sales and support topics and take overall responsibility for this very demanding customer relationship. You can expect a varied environment with professional depth, design playroom and development possibilities. You enter a key account in the field of health care together with the field of external services and take responsibility for the requirements and challenges of one of our absolute top customers. You develop individual securing solutions in the composites and coordinate their implementation. You accompany customer projects and contribute to the development of long-term customer relationships. You take over the delivery and contract processing as well as the coordination with insurers, customers and internal interfaces. You bring in your ideas and actively shape processes and the further development of our area.

You have a completed training to the insurance businessman (m/w/d), ideally supplemented by an insurance-specific training. You have experience in customer support and focus on customer requirements through reliability and liability. You know yourself in the composite parts and are interested in developing yourself professionally and personally. You like to work structuredly and independently in complex customer connections and keep an overview of them. You value the team's collaboration, place value on a supportive environment and bring willingness to occasional missions.
