With its subsidiaries, Sedlmayr Grund und Immobilien AG is one of the major real estate companies in Germany and is a traditional Munich company with the real estate and development business segments. Own-responsible full support of a fixed commercial real estate portfolio Identification and implementation of optimization potentials for the further development of the portfolio Self-organization and implementation of pre-acquisitions and leases Careful maintenance of the tenant master files and implementation of rental increases Active receivable management and monitoring of legal processes Creation of regular reporting and ongoing budget planning and monitoring Close and cross-departmental cooperation with colleagues from technical property management, asset management, accounting, additional costs and the legal department Designing process optimizations with the aim of efficient, transparent processes as well as participation in cross-departmental projects

Completed vocational training as a real estate businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or real estate studies Multiannual professional experience in the management of real estate with a focus on business Finding knowledge of rental law Structured, responsible functioning and binding occurrence Embossed communication skills, solution orientation and hands-on mentality Routined handling of MS Office 365 Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence
