Together with our existing production manager, you will continue to develop our production. You share areas of responsibility and focus, agree closely with each other and ensure a smooth running of all production processes together. As part of a two-headed production team, you share leadership responsibility with our existing production manager. Layers and tasks are flexibly and independently coordinated.

Your profile Complete training in food craft, food industry or comparable qualifications Master's letter, technician, farmer or study in the field of food, production or management Multiannual professional experience in a management position within a production plant Experience in personnel management, personnel planning and organisational development Embossed communication and leadership strength Structured, responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation High self-initiative and entrepreneurial thinking Safe occurrence, enforcement and team capacity Enthusiasm for food, quality and modern production processes You want to take responsibility, lead people and shape the future of our production together with us?
