Ensuring a smooth process of order processing from order to invoice Telephone support and advice from international customers (Distributors, distributors, end customers) Inquiries and offer management in the CRM incl. Price calculations and creation of customer-specific data sheets Coordination of deliveries in consultation with customers and logistics Continuous exchange with the Sales Team Conceptual analysis of existing processes and their optimization incl. Documentation export experience desirable

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the area of sales service / customer service Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further foreign language of advantage Customer-oriented and independent operation Very good knowledge of the current MS Office programs Loadability, flexibility and team capacity, communication strength and self-initiative Self-employed work, high quality awareness and team skills Reliability review (ZÜP) according to § 7 Air Safety Act must be carried out prior to recruitment (as company is registered as a known consignor)
