Ensuring a smooth production process through optimal material supply using current software Leading the production group and representation of the group leader in absence incl. Layer planning Specialisation and training of new and existing employees Working, testing and operating instructions Monitoring relevant key figures (KPIs) and performance of quality-relevant tests Introduction and follow-up of corrective measures in case of deviations Promoting and accompanying continuous improvement processes (CDP) Maintenance, maintenance and repair support in cooperation with maintenance

Complete training as a method mechanic for coating technology with subsequent training as a master or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in coating technology (e.g. as a process mechanic for coating technology, industrial master coating, coating guide, group leader production, pre-worker coating or comparable) Ideally, first experience in the management of employees as well as in production planning and control Secure handling of SAP Good user knowledge in the current MS Office programs High level of initiative, enforcement strength, commitment and team capacity
