You take over the project responsibility for cross-departmental initiatives with accounting reference – from planning to implementation, e.g. for ERP rollouts, system migrations or process optimization You develop ideas for the digitization of accounting processes, with the focus “use of AI” and take care of the implementation You act as a central interface between accounting, IT and other disciplines and coordinate targeted cooperation in project teams You take over the function of the Process Manager in the Record-to-Report The creation, maintenance and methodological development of process documentation is just as important as the definition and compliance of project-related standards and methods You enter and develop the central account plan and actively contribute your expertise to systemic adjustments

You have a degree in finance, business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded professional experience in accounting and have very good knowledge in accounting according to IFRS and HGB You know the record-to-report processes and know how they are efficiently designed in the company context You have practical experience in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) as well as a high IT affinity You are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or the like.
