With your commitment, you actively shape the future of our customer support and help grow together. The position is first to be fixed for two years .Are you on it? Your tasks Professional customer contact: You are always in a written and telephone conversation with our international customers: in the healthcare sector - competent and solution-oriented in German and English Order processing: You accompany the customer orders through the entire ordering and delivery process. To do this, you apply the orders in our SAP system and work closely with the operational logistics area and quality assurance Return and complaint management: Routinized and professionally edit returns and complaints and coordinate transport disposition and export processing Reporting and master data management: You first write reports and submit the customer and article master data in our SAP system

Your profile Training & Experience: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement or Industriekaufmann/-frau) or cross-entrepreneurs:in with experience in customer support Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office and first experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) Soft Skills: Communication strength, team orientation and a structured, solution-oriented approach
