Coordination of offer requests Control of tenders via bidding portals Collection and tracking of offers Implementation of an offer check for completeness and plausibility Care and collection of incoming offers in the relevant systems and overviews Preparation and provision of the offer data for costing Ensuring a smooth flow of information between purchasing, costing and subcontractors/suppliers Active and professional communication with all participating interfaces

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training Ideally, first professional experience in purchasing, costing, supply management or construction Structured, careful and reliable operation Embossed communication and organizational capability Teamability and a high level of service orientation Quick understanding and good understanding of figures Own initiative and joy in administrative and coordination tasks
