Project Manager Food Production/Deputy Plant Manager (m/f/d)

Support of the factory manager in the management and organization of the production site Ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality, hygiene and safety standards (IFS, HACCP, ISO) Responsibility for compliance with all legal requirements, in particular according to the Federal Immission Protection Act Project management for optimization processes and plants in the field of food processing, process engineering and fermentation Leadership and development of employees in the associated areas Participation in investment projects and technical improvements Cooperation with authorities, external service providers and internal interfaces

Complete studies in food technology, process engineering, biotechnology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in food production, ideally with leadership responsibility Funded knowledge in the field of Federal Immission Protection Act and in the handling of systems requiring approval Experience in fermentation technology and in handling fermentative production processes Experience in optimizing production processes and project management Representative communication and leadership skills High sense of responsibility, enforcement and organisational skills Design and innovation will, motivator and questioner with team spirit Safer handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
