You ensure the supply of materials for the expansion of our electricity and gas networks and thus contribute significantly to a successful energy transition. To do this, you coordinate dates for providing materials with our partner companies. Material requirements are tested, processed and prioritized by you. You regularly agree with our external logistics service providers. You are responsible for inventory management and consider the entire process. Through active inventory monitoring, you always have an overview of the material stocks. You will independently trigger retrieval orders to maintain the stock level. To avoid delivery bottlenecks, you regularly check the status of the material orders. In the case of delays in delivery, you will receive a demand-oriented delivery in cooperation with the suppliers. You are responsible for all logistical activities along the supply chain and manage complex material supply issues in a dynamic environment. You are available as a contact person for internal stakeholders on logistical issues. You carry out inventory independently. You perform further tasks, such as master data management in SAP, ordering materials, cable drum management, creating evaluations as needed and complaint processing.

You have an associated specialist/university degree in the field of business administration, logistics or comparable disciplines. You have several years of professional experience in logistics, disposition or supply chain management. You are safe in handling MS Office tools and PC standard applications and ideally safe in handling SAP. Team skills, great commitment, high self-initiative and an independent way of working. You are strong in communication, can deal constructively with conflicts and possess enforcement.
