You will do You support the commercial specialist coordinator in inventory management in operational and strategic tasks relating to the management of our real estate stock, gaining practical insights into real estate processes and projects. Analyses & Reporting: You support the creation of evaluations, analyses and decision bases. Standards & Processes: Working with work and business instructions and information documents. Service management: support in the creation and adaptation of external service contracts (e.g. parking space, telecommunications, charging infrastructure). Communication with service providers: processing of inquiries and coordination of information on economic and technical issues. Presentations & documents: Preparation of presentations and internal documents as well as ad hoc evaluations That's what you bring Studies: Continuous study of business management or a comparable degree course with real estate; alternative a commercial training with first real estate experience. Background: Ideally, you could gain first practical experience (practice or previous student work). Tools: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is of advantage but not a must.
