The SOS-Kita at the primary school is a five-group inclusion skita in the heart of Worpswedes. In our extensive premises, a semi-open concept is constantly evolved by a motivated team. This development focuses on all children with their individual needs. For this purpose, the movement space and the large dining room offer space for the design of a needs-oriented KiTa everyday. In the kindergarten area, a group with up to 25 children and an integration group with up to 18 children cooperate, e.g. in cross-group offers. In the crib area, up to 30 children are accompanied in three groups. Every day all children and adults meet in the outdoor area or in the large hallway. As a deputy director, you are responsible for the management and organization of the Kita everyday together with the Kita leadership. You support the Kita leadership, among other things, in terms of service and annual planning, the further development of the pedagogical concept, team development and personnel management and development. You will be part of our Kita management round, in which the collegial exchange at management level and the development of professional standards are at the centre. In absence, you represent your Kita leadership in cooperation with the department management and internal and external cooperation partners. You are a dedicated and value-assured partner for children, families and colleagues and present in all aspects of everyday life. Child rights-based child protection is the basis of your action and flows into all areas of your activity. You shape everyday pedagogy with regard to children and their individual needs and resources and are an integral part of the group service. Building on a development-appropriate participation of all children, you accompany them sensitively and appreciate. In the team you reflect on the pedagogical work and develop it with the focus on participation. For this, you bring your own ideas and are motivated to initiate and live projects and cooperations together with your colleagues.

You are an educator, social pedagoguein, childhood educationin or have a different comparable qualification. You bring a pronounced reflectivity and a high level of expertise, heart blood, humour and practical experience in the field of Kita. Team spirit is important to you. You can inspire people, participate in decision-making processes and create an open feedback culture in a value-adding atmosphere.
