Technical Writer / Application Engineer (m/f/d)

In this position, you make sure that technical knowledge is available in a comprehensible, up-to-date and reliable manner at any time. You develop documentation, technical drawings and information standards and create transparency at the interface between development, sales, marketing and product management. In particular, you perform the following tasks: You advise internal and external contact persons on technical products, applications and system solutions and support technical issues You create, care and optimise technical documentation, drawings, instructions, presentations and other technical information documents You provide the quality, up-to-date and traceability of technical information securely and coordinates releases, changes and documentation standards You understand technical knowledge and support knowledge transfer within the company as well as to customers and partners You analyze technical feedback, identify potential for improvement and continuously develop processes, standards and structures together with the departments You bring your own ideas and actively shape the development of modern documentation and knowledge management processes You actively promote a lived quality culture and develop quality-relevant topics

You have a technical training with further training to the technician or master or a technical study You have already gained experience in application technology, technical documentation, design, technical product support or quality management You have a strong technical understanding and can understand complex facts You bring the curiosity and the drive to independently acquire the lack of knowledge and try new ways Whether CAD systems, documentation software or modern digital tools: You want to work in new applications and use them for your work You take responsibility, work autonomously and advance topics with a hand-on mentality You convince by a high quality awareness and a binding and team-oriented communication
