Project Responsibility from A to Z: Overall responsibility for demanding, turn-key construction projects – from the initial planning phase to the construction design to the acceptance and deficiencies processing Contact person at eye level: Competent supervision of the builders as well as close coordination with authorities, specialist engineers and other project participants Efficient procurement processes: technical clarification and self-sponsored award of contractors to ensure a smooth project run Leadership with overview: Heading and coordination of the construction site team for successful and timely project realization Sovereign negotiation: Leading target-oriented negotiations with contractors and subcontractors – with a view to economically and technically sensible solutions Calculating, controlling, optimizing: Responsibility for the economic implementation of the projects – from cost control to earnings responsibility

Funded training: Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, in architecture or in industrial engineering with structural orientation Experience that counts: Multiannual practical experience in the construction or project management of turnkey commercial properties Width expertise: Secure knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Strong personality: Embossed communication skills, enforcement strength and an independent, structured way of working Digital fit in building day: Routiniert in mit MS Office as well as tendering and scheduling software
