For Hamburg Finkenwerder, we are looking for you as a project manager (m/w/d) in facility management in full time.

Supplier management including guidance and motivation for the timely and quality-oriented provision of the agreed services Project management of different complexity in the field of passenger transport and support for other topics (e.g. office services, cleaning, gardening and landscape building) Organisation, planning, control and reporting of the necessary resources to carry out the delegated tasks (e.g. budget, services) Identification, development and implementation of improvement measures and best practices, including in the context of the digitalisation strategy Communication and coordination with works council, HR Business partners, management levels and external authorities Analysis and evaluation of relevant key figures, in particular cost and supplier performance Implementation and continuous development of the jointly developed supplier strategy

Complete technician/specialist in the technical field or technical studies e.g. civil engineering, economic engineer or business management At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, change management, project management, IT and public relations First experience in facility management and large group processes (security, access restriction, cybersecurity, social partners) High IT affinity is assumed (AI, introduce apps) German and English skills
