Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück You take the document management (including in Thinkproject) for our construction site You are responsible for the organization and booking of accommodation You take the pickup of external line plans You prepare work security documents You support our construction/project management in the processing of recurring tasks such as e.g. B. Takeover of reporting

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification A professional experience as assistance is desirable You have good MS Office and ideally Thinkproject skills You are characterized by an independent and reliable way of working, team-ready and have a good organizational and communication talent Professional and friendly appearance is of course for you
