Application Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

You ensure the stable operation of our specialist applications and take over monitoring, incident processing and error analysis. Monitor and maintain interfaces, data flows and integrations between different systems and ensure smooth data exchange. You play manufacturer updates and releases and coordinate technical changes in the application environment. The technical requirements of NIS2, KRITIS and B3S GKV are implemented in the application operation and ensure audit-proof operational and safety documentation. You analyse existing application landscapes, identify technical dependencies and derive optimization and further development possibilities. For mergers and integration projects, you support the harmonisation of applications, migrations, interface adaptations and the integration of new systems. You assist in restarting, backup and emergency processes and participate in the implementation of the corresponding ISMS requirements. In close cooperation with IT-Governance, information security officers, infrastructure teams and departments, you will ensure the technical and regulatory requirements in application operation. You support users in technical issues and provide reliable support for the supported applications and interfaces. Maintain and continuously develop operating documentation, configurations and technical evidence.

You have completed IT training, for example as a specialist in application development or system integration (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), or a comparable qualification and ideally bring practical experience in application operation. You know the care, care and error analysis of specialist applications and are familiar with release, patch and configuration processes. Experience with ITSM processes, ticket systems and structured documentation of technical changes is desirable. You have a good understanding of interfaces, data flows and technical dependencies. Ideally, you have gained experience in incident handling, testing and acceptance or in the KRITIS/GKV environment. You work service-oriented, analytically and reliably and communicate clearly with technical and professional contact persons.
