Number: MER00045GH Would you like to accompany the development of a new generation of vehicles close to your skin and get exciting insights into project management, personnel topics and management support? Then you are right with us! In the area of AMG.EA, you support the E3 department management and E3 business engineer*in with a variety of tasks relating to organisation, employee development and the production run. You work closely with executives, departments and central functions and get a comprehensive insight into the processes of an innovative vehicle project. These challenges include: Support for the E3 management of organisational, strategic and administrative issues

Working with personnel and organizational topics in the area of AMG.EA

Support in the planning and implementation of training, development and occupation measures

Support and preparation of management presentations, evaluations and decision templates

Organization and preparation of workshops, exams, executive events

Cooperation in transnational projects and initiatives

Support for communication measures within the area

Participation in the development of processes, structures and cooperation in the field

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies of economics, economic psychology, human resources management, social sciences or a comparable degree programme

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Interest in personnel, organization and project management topics

Structured, independent and reliable operation

Embossed communication and team skills

Analytical thinking and conceptual strength

High self-initiative and organisational ability

First practical experiences in the project or personnel environment are advantageous
