Your tasks: Leadership & Responsibility: Total responsibility for the associated market area Private customers with earnings responsibility for the business offices in the regional market and the technical management of the overall bank's construction finance consultant Staff development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and planning and promotion of personnel development in the area of responsibility Market management & sales: Responsibility for market development, exhaustion of sales potentials and further development of the regional market Consultation Quality: Ensuring initiatives, holistic and demand-oriented co-operative consulting of our private customers Strategic development: Identification and development of new fields of activity and potential for earnings in private customer business

Your profile: completed banking training,with specialist training (e.g. banker) or a degree with a focus on bank/finance multiannual professional experience as a manager in the private customer business of a bank well-founded expertise in the fields of money and capital investments, active products for private consumption and liquidity financing, combined products, and domestic and foreign payment transactions sound expertise in the area of private housing financing strong consulting and sales competence, combined with high customer orientation and joy in working with people clear, value-assuring leadership style, readiness, team orientation and consequence in the leadership of employees Communication strength, entrepreneurial thinking and high self-responsibility
