Senior Consultant (m/w/d) EC 12 TvöD/ A 12 LBesG

A full-time job with complementary part-time staff is possible.

Your task – meaningful, challenging, meaningful. As a technical specialist in the building regulations office, you work at the interface of building law, fire protection and building culture. They contribute significantly to the realization of safe, legally compliant and sustainable construction projects in Troisdorf.

Your tasks in detail:

• Processing of construction applications and construction requests, in particular for large special buildings
• Consultation of builders, builders and participants on special buildings
• Execution of repetition and verification according to TestVO NRW in conjunction with special construction regulations
• Examination of proofs and opinions in consultation with experts, test engineers and other authorities
• Detection and tracking of hazards and tracking of deficiencies
• Processing of deviation decisions of tested objects
• Introduction of order and fine proceedings
• Guide the directory of objects to be tested, scan new test plans and update address data

Your profile:

• Completed technical-engineering studies (Diplom FH/BA, Bachelor FH/BA/Uni) in civil engineering (probably civil engineering) or architecture or skills for the career of the technical administration (running-track group 2)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of fire safety planning, execution or testing of special buildings
• Ideally additional knowledge in the field of fire protection and special construction regulations (continuations, seminars, additional qualifications)
• Knowledge of ProBauG/WP desirable
• Decision-making, safe occurrence, high service and legal awareness
• Class B and Ready to use other mobile solutions
