What you do with us: Professional and disciplinary management and management of the directly subordinate employees. Development of new building and furnishing concepts based on pattern planning and pattern building descriptions taking into account resource-saving technologies. Central contact for certifications of the German Society for Sustainable Building. Analysis and optimization of new and remodelling costs from current technical and economic aspects by creating performance directories. Support for the national procurement of capital goods and participation in the settlement of bonus agreements. Process and organization optimization in construction through coordination of data and document exchange. Professional leadership of regional construction departments by organizing meetings and workshops. Organisation of internal training measures. Ensuring the interfaces to the adjacent specialist departments, e.g. energy management, digital construction, investment goods purchase.
