Product support, co-responsible from process development to series production according to DIN EN ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 Support of customer and supplier complaints incl. Business trips abroad Support and time control of the customer portals and creation of evaluations Creation of 8D reports with final efficacy testing by means of CAQ system BabtecQ Coordination and control of the shopfloor/quality Participation in fault Cause Analysis by Quality Assurance Tools to Ensure Correction & Prevention Coordination in blocking, tracking and Steering of defective products, including organisation and control of internal and external sorting actions Creation of amendments and special releases to ensure project-specific customer requirements Participation in updating the P-FMEA, testing plans, product steering plans, and Preparation of samples Development, coordination and follow-up of process optimization Support for ongoing projects, including sample control in production Participation in supplier assessment and in supplier scaling process Participation in customer appointments and audits

Successfully completed training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanic or comparable Continuing training for master or technician desirable Multiannual professional experience with focus on complaint and supplier management Knowledge of computer systems, ERP, CAQ, QS-STAT Safe handling of MS Office Self-employed, careful and responsible work Teamability, communication skills and flexibility Good German – and English skills in word and writing
