Head of Department for Billing Audits (m/f/d)

Technical assistance: Together with your employees, you ensure a proper settlement of contract medical services. You are responsible for the audit procedures against the board, members and the statutory health insurance. Strategic orientation: You advise the Head of Division on the strategic development of the area and respond to the dynamic field of legislation. Here you will give appropriate action to achieve goals in your own and cooperation with other fields. Leadership: Solution-oriented and applied take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees at our four locations (Reutlingen, Stuttgart, Freiburg and Karlsruhe) and bring the necessary readiness to travel. In particular, with the group management, you will create a cooperation characterised by trust and transparency. You can see these as the basis for measurable and comprehensible successes. Process design and standardization: Where possible, You ensure that the test procedures and processes behind them function reliably to the highest degree. In your role as a decision-making committee member, you utilize findings iteratively and use them to optimize our processes.

Qualification: You have successfully completed the 2nd state exam (legal science) or an economic master's degree (BWL) and have several years of practical experience. Experience and know-how: Your expertise and standing could be tested on similarly stored sites. Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of medicine, knowledge of social law and the billing of contract medical services. Personality: You like to work independently, analytically and proactively, have a high load capacity and keep a cool head even in difficult situations. Complex facts do not provide you with headbreaking, but sporn to find good solutions. Leadership: The ability to communicate complex topics understandably helps you motivate and guide your team to achieve common goals.
