Designing and evaluating the internal control system (IKS) Management and coordination of strategic and operational projects and working groups Analysis, documentation and optimization of business processes in cooperation with the departments Identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase process quality and efficiency Further development of the organisational structures and maintenance of the process management system (e.g. organisational manual)

Complete study of Business Administration / BWL, Economics or Economic Engineering with focus on project or quality management Experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes Ideally knowledge in SAP, especially in housing applications Embossed communication and problem solving capability Analytical thinking, organisational skills and conceptual vision
