You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the product management department in sales management You develop the product and performance portfolio strategically – aligned to customers, sales and earnings You control product, price and performance measures in close coordination with sales and partners You analyze market, competition and customer needs and guide targeted optimization measures You initiate and tax projects to strengthen market presence and further develop business You ensure regulatory requirements and actively drive efficient processes and digitization

You have a completed economic studies, a bank-based training or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in product, sales management or sales management in the banking environment You have leadership experience and live a modern, result-oriented understanding of leadership You have a profound understanding of banking products, sales processes and economic relationships You convince by analytical strength, conceptual thinking and a structured way of working You stand up confidently, communicate properly and actively promote innovation and digitalization
