Consultant Microsoft Entra & Identity Security (m/f/d)

You analyze existing identity, access and security structures and develop suitable target images, architectures and implementation concepts together with our customers. You design, implement and optimize solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Entra Suite. You shape processes for the identity and authorization lifecycle and use governance functions such as Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews and Privileged Identity Management. You develop security concepts for authentication and access, including Conditional Access, Multifactor authentication and passwordless procedures. You integrate applications and systems via single sign-on, automated commissioning or individual interfaces into the Entra landscape of our customers. With Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access, you design and implement identity-based access solutions for private applications, Microsoft services, SaaS applications and Internet access. You automate and extend solutions with suitable technologies and accompany the modernization of existing or hybrid IAM environments.

You have a Bachelor, Master or comparable degree and ideally have already gained professional experience in IT, cloud, security or IAM projects. You have a good understanding of identity and access management, IT security and zero-trust principles. You have practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID or comparable identity technologies. You know topics such as user and permission management, authentication, single sign-on, multifactor authentication and conditional access. You can analyze technical and technical requirements in a structured manner and communicate with customers and project participants in a comprehensible manner. You work independently, solution-oriented and like to work in a team where consulting, architecture and technical implementation belong closely together. You have very good German knowledge on at least C1 level and can safely use English-language technical documentation.

We are also pleased with this: Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance or Global Secure Access. Knowledge in Active Directory, Hybrid Identity Architectures, Entra Connect, Cloud Sync or Microsoft Identity Manager. Understanding Zero Trust Network Access, Security Service Edge and classic VPN and proxy architectures. Knowledge of modern identity protocols such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0 or SCIM. Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, .NET, Azure Functions or Infrastructure as Code. Knowledge of Monitoring, Log Analytics, KQL, Microsoft Sentinel or Microsoft Defender. A Microsoft certification such as SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500 or the willingness to acquire a suitable certification with our support.
