Team Leader Master Data Management (m/w/d)

You're expecting You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of our product data management team. Together with your team, you will ensure that all product master files are available in the relevant systems on time, consistent and high quality. You develop the strategic roadmap for master data management, define standards and processes, and continuously build governance structures. In close cooperation with other departments, you will ensure that our company processes and automation are optimally supported by product master files. You are responsible for the optimization and development and implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of master data management. You design and implement reporting and KPI systems to measurably and sustainably improve data quality.

You have several years of experience in master data management, ideally in the e-commerce environment, and have several years of leadership experience. You bring well-founded knowledge in the optimization and ideally also implementation of PIM systems and have experience in the development of master data strategies. Your work is characterised by high self-responsibility, commitment and structured approach. You think both analytically and strategically and convince by your distinct problem-solving competence. You bring a high customer and service orientation and have excellent skills in communication and collaboration with other departments. You are versed in dealing with MS Office (especially with Excel at a very good level) and brings very good knowledge of German and English.
