Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Location: Heilbronn (Neckar) Type of employment: Day shift, Full-time

Your tasks:

• Create and switch job advertisements on different platforms
• Pre-selection and screening of suitable candidate profiles
• invite applicants to talks as well as communication of failures
• Leading interviews with applicants
• Collection and maintenance of applicant data in our data system
• Share applicant profiles with our sales department
• Interface to Recruiting Department

Your profile:

• Do you have a completed professional training, e.g. as a personal service businesswoman, a businesswoman for office management or an industrial businesswoman?
• You already have first professional experience in the above-described field of work?
• You have MS-Office knowledge?
• Self-employed and conscientious work is of course for you?
• Also cross-comers are expressly welcome
