You shape and bear the responsibility for the strategic purchasing of indirect materials and services, coordinated with the corporate objectives

You conduct independent negotiations on contracts for external services, focusing on maintenance and service contracts for means of production

You maintain and control the entire contractual landscape in indirect purchasing and ensure transparency, compliance and reliability

You are in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, ranging from operational purchasing to top management, and act as a connecting interface.

You build a sustainable and powerful portfolio of suppliers and deepen strategic relationships with contractor companies

You analyze markets, identify suitable service providers and introduce new solutions and optimization potentials

By means of operating orders, You ensure the availability and quality of external services for operation and projects, and monitor order confirmations, delivery dates and delivery quantities

You are driving forward the continuous improvement of purchasing processes, bringing best practices as well as your own ideas actively and supporting cross-departmental projects, such as location changes, with your procurement expertise

Commercial training with training in purchasing or supply chain or equivalent qualification

Experience gained in indirect procurement, contracting and contract negotiations, at least 2 years of professional practice after completion of training

Ideally industrial experience in medical, automotive or mechanical engineering

Reliable communication via different hierarchical levels with internal and external stakeholders

Routine in dealing with SAP and common MS Office applications

Very good knowledge of German and English at least on B2 level and readiness to travel within Central Europe
